Note that in cases where the surnames of the married women were available to
me, I input that name so as to be more clear as to who we're talking about
here.  For those of you that don't know, my laptop with all of my more
updated family information crashed some time ago.  The foregoing information
may be a little dated, but it is correct for the most part.

Also, please be aware that this information is hardly exhaustive in its
scope.  For example, John Osborne Donovan was one of several children. 
Based on my notes, his siblings were James Manassah Donovan, John Watkins
Donovan, John Biner Donovan, John Augustus Donovan, Alexander Donovan, Sarah
Donovan, Elizabeth "Betty" Donovan, and Matine "YaYaphine" Donovan.  Most of
these children were born on Great Thatch Island to John James Donovan and
Juliana Ledlow.  Now you know you're talking back in the day.  Great Thatch
Island is located west of Tortola.  The island is presently uninhabited, but
"managed" by the BVI National Parks Trust.


Mama Baby came for the Dawson and Smith clans in Carrot Bay.  The Dawson's
were mullatoes for the most part, having descended from a Dr. Richard
Alexander Dawson of England.  Her Smith clan were a mixture of African and
East India, her grandmother having come from Bombay or something to that
effect.  Those are two other family tress altogether and I didn't realize
how screwed up my files were until I was forced to consult them.  That's
what happens when we become over-reliant on technology.
